BAYMİŞ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to evaluate and grant an exception for a return or exchange under extraordinary or exceptional circumstances (such as a verified production defect).
Any such exception will be handled on a strict case by case basis and does not constitute a waiver of this general non-refundable policy.
